CBSE directs schools to upload teachers’ salaries and class fees online

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in its effort to make functioning of schools more transparent has asked the school authorities to update their websites where details such as salaries of teachers and their particulars, fee structure for all classes, list of members of the school management committee along with their addresses and necessary information about the school campus have to be put up.

The websites need to be updated with all the information as directed by CBSE before the end of ongoing session, failing which the CBSE can refuse to register its students in Classes IX and X for the board exam.
