To begin with what actually is stress? Stress is the reaction people have to excessive demands or pressures, such as passing exams. Many students find it difficult to cope with tasks, responsibilities or other types of pressures or get anxious trying to meet such demands. This could be seen in them as worrying excessively about getting results or the reactions afterwards. Not only does it affect the mind it also affects the physical need of the students.
